On October 24, Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) celebrated its 59th raising Day. ITBP which was established in the wake of the 1962 Chinese assault and currently has 60 battalions on the ground, has a strength of roughly 90,000 people. The ITBP is one of the Central Armed Police Forces' (CAPF's) five organisations. It prevents border infractions by maintaining Vigilance along northern boundaries.
All Hallows' Eve, often known as Halloween, is the night before All Saints' (or All Hallows') Day and is a holiday celebrated on October 31. The event kicks off Allhallowtide, a three-day period that ends with All Souls' Day, and celebrates the day before the Western Christian feast of All Saints.
